Public Service Management Wales (PSMW) selected Walkgrove to design and develop ten e-learning modules on various developmental themes consistent with the aims and objectives of the PSMW Programme of Learning.
The primary benefits that PSMW is seeking by introducing the e-learning portfolio include:
- Ensuring that people are able to access high quality development opportunities throughout the organisation
- Delivering a high impact and cost effective solution
- Helping the PSMW become a high-performing organisation
Initially, Walkgrove developed ten titles, each with a learning duration of 60 minutes:

- Developing Strategic Thinking
- Delivering Outcome Based Planning
- Managing for Performance
- Influencing and Negotiating
- Working Across Boundaries for Collaboration
- Releasing Employee Potential
- Adapting to Agile Working
- Managing Difficult Conversations
Walkgrove also translated all modules into Welsh and provided a hosting and tracking solution for the modules based on their own application.
