UNICEF selected Walkgrove to develop two e-learning modules to promote the use of their Performance Management system.
An important consideration when designing the e-learning was that the system was under-used. Managers found it difficult to navigate to the reports they needed quickly and efficiently.
Our treatment is therefore fast-paced, impactful, highly interactive and memorable – the aim being to encourage future take-up and usage of the system. The material provides the background and rationale for adoption of the system as well as teaching basic navigational skills.
The first module makes a positive first impression and incorporates high levels of engaging interactivity to encourage a positive change in mind-set. The second module explains simple navigation techniques aimed at motivating staff to use the system and embed its use into their daily work.
In addition, UNICEF commissioned Walkgrove to provide support by editing two sets of short training videos created by the Change Management team for use by a wider section of the UNICEF population.
Finally, Walkgrove assisted the Supply Division (based in Copenhagen) with the production and editing of a standalone training video on Creating a Long Term Agreement.
