Walkgrove designed an introduction to leading holiday brands for travel professionals to help them sell their customers the trip of a lifetime.
The training need
The Travel Corporation (TTC) is an award-winning family of travel brands which together welcome over two million guests a year.
TTC wanted an easy-to-access, online learning opportunity for travel agents and travel professionals so that they could better represent to customers the TTC brands and their different offerings of holidays and international experiences.
The course needed to encapsulate the unique proposition of TTC as a brand family in a nutshell and give travel professionals the key information that clients would need to take decisions about their trip.
Our bespoke learning solution
Walkgrove designed a 30-minute bespoke e-learning solution that welcomed travel agency partners to the TTC brand family.
In five short modules, learners are able to explore the key features of the TTC brands, including their different destinations and experience profiles, and understand the TTC approach to social responsibility. The course also offers advice for agents to help customers choose the best trip. It includes a simple assessment to validate understanding.
To make the information easy to digest for busy agents, Walkgrove use a text-minimal approach, focusing on presenting only the most essential ideas within clear and uncluttered screens.
Walkgrove’s custom e-learning designers supported text-based content with attractive infographics and inspiring high-quality photography of exciting travel experiences. Full audio narration and smooth animated transitions within learning screens are also included to captivate the attention of busy travel professionals, making the learning experience feel dynamic, fast-paced and interesting.
