Diversity, inclusion and anti-bullying training

The aim of the e-learning program is to ensure that all staff members are aware of the standards of behaviour that are expected of them.
We based our designs around realistic case study scenarios; making use of rich media appropriately to present the learning in a way that illustrates accurately ‘life in the real world’ and also delivers key messages in a powerful and dynamic way.
Case study examples cover a range of cultural issues such as bullying and harassment, grade consciousness, inappropriate behaviour, diversity and inclusion. Throughout the program we make reference and provide links to policies, procedures and other relevant resources enabling learners to access and refer to them as they feel appropriate during the learning.
