Walkgrove were commissioned by Skills for Health – Workforce Projects Team (WPT) to develop a bespoke e-learning program of around 90 minutes duration, covering the six-step methodology to integrated workforce planning.
The course comprises a pre-course diagnostic assessment, a module for each of the six steps and a post-course assessment.
The content is delivered primarily as a series of highly interactive tutorial screens that are consolidated by interactive case studies.
Our methodology for research was to prepare and issue a series of questions and relevant draft storyboard screens, conduct telephone interviews, prepare the case study material and submit for review.
