QGC chose Walkgrove to develop this engaging bite-size e-learning module.
The simple messages conveyed in this short e-learning module needed to be hard-hitting and memorable. They needed to resonate with all site-based employees and contractors.
Our 15-minute solution uses a range of interactions that will appeal to both novice and more sophisticated e-learning users. The key messages conveyed will be succinct and delivered clearly in plain English. Learners will not be distracted by legal jargon or complex terminology.
Our solution is fast-paced and immersive. At its outset, before any of the key learning points have been introduced, the learner is presented with a thought-provoking 20-30 second animation that outlines just three consequences of an insufficient or absent site induction.
