Walkgrove were commissioned to develop two e-learning modules for NS&I staff across the procurement and finance functions. The aim is to ensure that they fully understand and are able to demonstrate their understanding of the processes.
Walkgrove provide a full managed service comprising:
- Development of two e-learning modules, each of around 30 to 45 minutes in duration. Each module includes an assessment with questions selected and displayed randomly from a ‘question bank’ so that learners are not presented with identical assessments
- Web-based hosting on the internet
- Student management and maintenance of student records by individual user, ie course completed/started/not started, passed/failed and dates with all records being centrally maintained for audit purposes and data backups twice daily
- Support to answer any queries, add/remove accounts according to staff turnover and to handle any technical course problems within agreed timescales (this service is provided by telephone and email)
