The training need
Travel safety training is a fundamental part of protecting those who travel on business.
Maiden Voyage identified that there was a need for an inclusive travel safety series of modules to support businesses in helping their employees safely navigate the world of business travel.
Our bespoke learning solution
Walkgrove worked with Maiden Voyage to create a series of short, engaging, animated modules which provide employees with practical travel guidance to increase their safety, security and wellbeing, before, during and after their trip.
These inclusive travel safety series include:
- Preparing to travel – assessing the geo-political, socio economic climate and inherent risks in the destination of travel
- Air and ground transportation – exploring how someone can protect themselves on the ground and in the air
- Hotel Safety – specific risks that can be encountered in a hotel
Each animation is around 10 minutes in duration and by using Vyond for the creation of the animations, we have been able to bring this learning to life by using customisable characters and varied environments.
It is important that these animated modules are available in a variety of different formats, including MP4 video for embedding into organisation’s travel apps and corporate intranets and SCORM for deploying via their learning management systems.
