The training need
Liberty Global is a world leader in converged broadband, video and mobile communications and an active investor in cutting-edge infrastructure, content, and technology ventures. It wanted to move information online to keep it consistent, easy to update and time saving for staff who are responsible for delivering training.
Liberty Global wanted to develop two modules aimed at two departments and two target audiences, to communicate key messages relating to Purchase Orders. Walkgrove was commissioned by strategic consultants, Growth Innovation, to create these modules.
Our bespoke learning solution
The first module, Purchase Order, is a 30-minute module including a final quiz. It explains why Purchase Orders (POs) are important and the requirement to identify different types, as well as the need to raise and receipt them. The final quiz comprises five questions with an 80% pass rate.
The second module, Change Management, aims to build understanding of the change processes within Liberty Global to support the learners in preparing, planning, and managing operational change requests.
Liberty Global has a strong brand identity that was incorporated into both modules. Built in Articulate Storyline 360, highly interactive elements were used to bring the learning to life. Attention-grabbing bespoke graphics were also created to help explain processes. Easy navigation featured throughout, with selectable icons to allow learners to access a glossary, resources, and the main menu. A bookmark function is also available to allow self-paced learning.
Client feedback
I am extremely satisfied with Jessica’s project management. I have worked with a few a suppliers in the past and I must say when Adam from Growth Innovation’s told me to trust him and he has done his research on Walkgrove, I was a little apprehensive but I am happy to take it all back and say it has been a pleasure working with Walkgrove and look forward to doing many more projects. A big shout and thank you to Jess and her team.
