This is a program about falls and fall prevention for all workers in the construction industry. The program makes use of text and 3D animations to illustrate how falls occur.
It explains and demystifies the complex theories behind stability, centre of gravity and overturning moments.
It also provides practical guidelines on the use of simple access equipment such as step ladders, ladders, mobile scaffolding and working platforms using an animated ‘crash test dummy’ for illustration purposes.
