Operated by Maximus UK, CHDA works in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to assess an individual’s eligibility for certain benefits via an independent health assessment. Healthcare Professionals conduct one-to-one assessments with individuals based on DWP’s format and criteria. Walkgrove has worked with Maximus and also with CHDA. CHDA required a SCORM compliant learning management system to deliver over 70 compliance and technical skills e-learning modules to approximately 2,500 staff.
Walkgrove delivered an installation of their fully responsive light LMS, Svelte, which can be accessed by any device; learners can add their feedback on all modules and print completion certificates. Learners can be added individually or in bulk and comprehensive reporting functionality is included.
