Streamlining recruitment process for healthcare professionals by assessing competency prior to interview

Operated by Maximus UK, CHDA works in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to assess an individual’s eligibility for certain benefits via an independent health assessment. Healthcare Professionals conduct one-to-one assessments with individuals based on DWP’s format and criteria. Walkgrove has worked with Maximus and also with CHDA.
CHDA required a custom recruitment system in order to streamline the recruitment process for healthcare professionals by assessing competency prior to interview. Walkgrove built a custom system which allowed recruitment agencies to propose potential candidates for healthcare vacancies. Candidates access the online system in order to undertake an appropriate, timed, scenario-based assessment, within a given number of days.
Outcomes of the assessment dictate the next steps in the recruitment process.
