Three hours of e-learning aimed at trainee auditors and contract staff

The Audit Commission selected Walkgrove to develop an e-learning course covering Housing Benefit.
Deployed via the PeopleSoft ELM (the Commission’s HR system), the e-learning is aimed at trainee auditors and contract staff; both internal and from external organisations.
The total duration of the course is approximately three hours and comprises the following modules:
- Introduction to the course
- Introduction to benefits and subsidy
- The Commission’s role in relation to benefits
- Approach to benefits using HB COUNT
- Qualification letters
