Four bespoke modules and DIY templates for global teams
Walkgrove created a range of courses and learning templates to support ASOS core business operations.
The training need
ASOS is a British fashion and beauty retailer that ships to all countries via fulfillment centres in the UK, US and EU. The company wanted to expand its digital learning offering for several hundred global staff and external suppliers, including training interventions on customer support and operational procedures such as inter-warehouse transfers.
Our bespoke learning solution
Walkgrove created four bespoke e-learning courses for ASOS to support their day-to-day business operations. The 45-minute Eurohub training module introduces learners to the importance and benefits of a new order fulfillment centre, outlining its impacts on daily procedures. Other modules focus on customer care principles and procedures, ethical trading standards and using commodity codes.
Courses use friendly avatars to personalise the learning screens, which include exploratory infographics, clear step-by-step process tutorials and attractive presentation of key points. Learners are regularly challenged to remember essential information via informal knowledge checks, while a summary quiz tests their overall understanding.
In addition to creating bespoke courses for ASOS, Walkgrove also built DIY learning templates for the company’s learning team, so that they could create simple e-learning interventions themselves.
