After completing an online risk assessment, learners receive a personalised training pathway which addresses higher risk areas first through short e-learning modules, completed on a quarterly basis. These are interspersed with monthly messaging providing a continual ‘drip feed’ of learning. Aimed at grey fleet drivers, the modules cover a wide variety of topics from hazard awareness and eco-safe driving through to effective speed management and understanding the effect of drugs and alcohol.
