STA Global

This e-learning comprises twelve modules to help train STA Travel point-of-sale staff world-wide in the use of a new IT system.

The modules combine knowledge elements - background learning about the new system and procedures - with skills development elements through the use of case studies, which are designed to address the full range of functionality provided by the new IT system.


The e-learning, which will be delivered via STA Travel's corporate intranet is being used to train 2,500 staff world-wide.

The materials are delivered via a SCORM compliant LMS which provides access to web-based learner support tools and functions, such as:

  • Discussion forums
  • Additional exercises
  • A glossary of terms
  • Frequently asked questions.

We also provided an XML editor to enable amendments and 'localisation' work to be implemented in-house by STA.
