
Walkgrove was born in 1994, and has won many awards along the way for the work we do. The primary reason for this is the creative and dedicated team of people who work for us. There has been very little change in personnel over the years which means two things. Firstly our customers know us and are familiar with the way we work and the people that they talk to. Secondly we'd like to think that the Walkgrove team are also happy employees! We've tried to create an atmosphere of openness and respect, and at the same time have some fun. In return we've seen great commitment from the team and a successful business has been the result.
We have continued to build on the successes of 2011 and 2012 has been another great year for us. We have won new clients in the public, private and third sectors and continue to deliver exceptional service to our existing clients by reacting quickly and effectively to their needs. One of our secrets of success lies in simply fulfilling the promises we make – it is surprising how many suppliers don’t! We pride ourselves on exceeding client expectations on a regular basis and this has led to a number of client recommendations which is not only pleasing, it is by far the most cost effective way to win new business.
